From the end of March 2025, Blackstone’s Police Q&A and Investigators’ Q&A will be migrating to a new platform. Powered by Learnosity, this new platform will offer an improved experience, with more potential for further development to ensure you are getting the most out of this product.
The new platform was launched on 27 January 2025. However, users have access to both platforms until the current one is shut down from the end of March. This dual running will ensure all users will have uninterrupted access to their training materials during exam season.
For those taking exams in March 2025, you can choose either to continue with the existing platform, or to move over to the new one. Please note that existing scores and practice exams will not be migrated to the new platform.
For those taking their exams after March 2025, we would advise moving to the new platform as soon as possible, to allow a steady learning experience.
You can go ahead and explore the Blackstone’s Police NPPF Q&A and Investigators’ Q&A on the new platform using your existing username and password, but you will need to quickly create a new user profile.
Everyone will now need to create a personal profile, regardless of whether you are an individual or institutional user. Use the individual subscriber login guide or the institutional/police force subscription login guide. A personal profile is necessary when using Blackstone’s Q&A as well as the Tests and Mock Exams. All information related to these materials is stored within the Personal Profile, allowing repeated visits and the ability to see results. The personal profile will be used every time you wish to view exam results, annotate or take notes on the products through Blackstone’s.
We will reach out to existing personal subscribers, to remind you of the closure of the current platform closer to the time. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the new sites and review the FAQ to answer any questions you may have.
